Right from the start, we knew that cuisine would have a central role in the Borgo di Villa Cellaia experience. This idea gave rise to Celle80 Bistrot, our way of offering a journey into authentic flavors, in a place where time seems to pass more slowly and flavors retain their truest essence. We want to honor Tuscan tradition, and we do so in every dish we make, using fresh ingredients carefully selected from local producers.

Our pasta is homemade and hand-rolled, meat comes from Tuscan farms, and vegetables are harvested in season: we aim to serve you the best our region has to offer.
During spring and summer evenings, the outdoor seating area offers a striking atmosphere, with views of the Mugello hills, embracing every experience amidst taste and nature.
